Services to Business/Organisations

Many large organisations, well aware that stress resulting from work or personal problems is a major cause of absence due to sickness, industrial accidents and other problems, have Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). These provide access to counselling to employees as and when they decide they need this. There are a number of companies providing such services to national organisations on a UK-wide basis, and, until my recent retirement from very full time practice, I regularly accepted counselling referrals from several such companies.

Smaller organisations in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire areas may wish to contact me to discuss providing a more local counselling service to employees when required. At the request of a company that contacted me, I designed, some years ago, a one day Stress Awareness Training for managers and supervisors, and this has since been useful to others, too. NLP has considerable application to business, both in the area of Human Resources, and in enabling an individual executive to progress towards excellence in his/her performance, moving beyond previous limitations.

Small businesses may also wish to contact me about using me as a consultant, applying modern marketing and other business techniques to their operation. This has proved especially effective in retail businesses, and a number of these have subsequently reported very significantly increased sales and profits as a result.
